Logan Minnix brings a strong foundation in litigation, negotiations, and title examinations to his oil and gas and business law practice, serving clients with a results-driven, detail-oriented approach. His background includes representing individuals in complex family law matters—developing parenting plans, drafting separation agreements, and navigating contested divorce proceedings—where high stakes and sensitive negotiations demanded precision and strategic thinking. He also gained valuable experience in personal injury law, working on cases spanning motor vehicle accidents to premises liability claims, sharpening his ability to assess risk, develop legal strategies, and advocate effectively in and out of the courtroom.
During law school, Logan distinguished himself as a staff member and later articles editor and executive board member for Capital University Law Review, Volumes 50 and 51. He earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing.
