Lucia Romani focuses her practice in Atencio Hall’s oil and gas group. She brings experience across a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters, having worked on class action, consumer protection, and data security cases in federal and state courts. Her background includes drafting complex pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation in multi-district litigation.
During law school, Lucia gained additional experience through the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Immigration Clinic, where she represented clients in asylum and adjustment of status matters. She also clerked for the Honorable Daniel D. Regan of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, Lucia completed an internship with PPG Industries’ legal department, where she researched tort, patent, and regulatory issues.
