Brian Anderson concentrates his practice in oil and gas and litigation, where he advises and represents clients in disputes related to energy development, property rights, and commercial conflicts. His experience includes drafting and arguing complex motions, conducting discovery and depositions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial and arbitration. Brian’s background in both courtroom advocacy and strategic negotiations enables him to guide clients through every stage of the litigation process with an emphasis on achieving practical, results-oriented solutions.
Before joining Atencio Hall, Brian practiced at a Pittsburgh law firm where he managed a substantial caseload and gained experience in various litigation matters. He started his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable Judge Michael E. McCarthy of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
