Natassia Peterson practices in Atencio Hall’s oil and gas, estate planning, and tax groups, providing clients with thoughtful, tailored guidance on matters ranging from complex energy transactions to personal wealth management. She started her career in estate planning and probate at a Pennsylvania law firm, where she created personalized estate plans and guided clients through estate administration. Natassia later joined the IRS’s Estate and Gift Tax division, analyzing complex estates and applying her deep knowledge of tax laws to ensure compliance and safeguard client interests.
Fluent in Spanish and a member of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN), Natassia brings a global perspective and a strong professional network to her work. Her background also includes NCAA compliance experience during law school, where she built relationships with and advocated for student-athletes—a skillset that translates into her client relationships today. A former collegiate rower, she approaches every matter with discipline, focus, and a collaborative spirit.
