About
Shane LaBarge focuses his legal practice in the oil and gas, real estate services, and labor and employment sectors. A bright legal mind with a keen understanding of energy sectors, Shane counsels clients in various transactional matters related to energy and natural resources, corporate, and real estate contracts.
Before joining Atencio Hall, PLLC, Shane served as a law clerk for United States Federal Courts and litigated at a Global 100 law firm. During law school, Shane served as the Executive Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and received two Dean’s Awards for research, writing, and disability law. A member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Shane published Chevron and Beyond the Infinite: The Judicial and Legislative Challenges to the Administrative State, 44 J. Legis. 107 (2017).
