About
Tony Burgess is an experienced and widely respected legal advisor specializing in oil and gas, real estate, and business services. Based on years in practice, Tony is uniquely skilled at managing complex contractual, operational, and transactional issues while creating practical, cost-effective solutions that help his clients reduce risk and increase their bottom line. Much of Tony’s practice involves counseling clients on land and title matters in the Energy industry, primarily in developing oil and gas assets, including detailed title examination, due diligence, and curative work.
Prior to joining Atencio Hall, PLLC, Tony practiced as senior counsel in the Energy and Title Groups at a large, regional law firm in Pittsburgh. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
