With a keen interest in and understanding of energy and regulatory matters, Drew Mattern focuses his practice on Energy industry matters. Before joining Atencio Hall, PLLC, Drew was active in the Environmental Law Clinic and worked as an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources and Land and Energy Title groups at a large regional law firm.
A trusted advisor to his clients, Drew’s strength lies in identifying and instituting pragmatic solutions to unique real estate title issues. Based on seasoned experience, he provides discerning counsel for clients on land and title matters in support of project development and related transactions, including title examination, due diligence support, and preparation of division orders. Drew advises clients on operational matters, transactional documents, and easement and right-of-way issues.
