From years of Energy industry experience, Ellen Terry provides high-level counsel to clients regarding complex title and property development and transactional matters in the Oil and Gas, Real Estate, and Renewable Energy markets. Her specialty law practice focuses on supporting the development of energy generation projects and asset acquisition, sale, or trade, emphasizing title examination and curative, property development rights, and transactional due diligence.
In addition to her years of experience in the Energy industry, Ellen previously worked as a law clerk in a Pennsylvania County Court of Common Pleas. She is active in AAPL and the Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN).
